Liviku Tech Lab Ltd is committed to the protection and advocacy of privacy and security rights. We collect information from you when you choose to use our Site or Services. In order to use our Site and/or Services and/or make a purchase through the Site, you will be required to register and provide us with certain Personal Information (as defined below). We strive to implement best practices in Privacy via the GDPR, notwithstanding that, if you are from the European Union or the GDPR applies to you, then you may choose to use the Site or Service at your own risk or do not use the Site or Service at all. We may also collect Personal Information when you make use of the Site, request information from us, sign up for newsletters or our email lists, complete online forms, or contact us for any other reason.

Log-in via Google or third party login service.

If you use the Services by logging in through Google and/or any other third party login service, we may also receive Personal Information about you as provided by Gmail and/or any other third party login service. The minimum access we require are to get your email address and profile information, as we only use Google or third party login service to authenticate your identity. We DO NOT receive your password. We DO NOT read or get access to your emails or social media content. You will be prompted and informed of what access is being requested and given the opportunity to allow or refuse access. Please check such third party login’s policies in order to understand exactly what information we receive.

Information We Collect

“Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person such as a name, telephone number, e-mail address, or information about activities directly linked to a person, such as that person’s location. Examples of the Personal Information that we collect from you may include your name, address, birth date, sex, national ID number, passport number, driver permit/license number, phone number, e-mail address. Such Personal Information may be collected by Liviku through the Site or over the telephone.

It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to the Site and/or provide you with Services. We also collect certain information that is or may not be considered Personal Information, such as the pages you visited on the Site, and any information regarding your viewing and purchase history of products depicted on our Site. Please note your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions that may not meet your country's or nationality standards. For example, your information may be processed and/or stored in high secure, certified data centers in the USA and Europe Union. Please note that the User Data is exclusively controlled by the Client, meaning that the Client maintains ownership of their related information and determines their own policies regarding the access permission and retention of such User Data. You also acknowledge that part of this User Data may include Personal Information which relates to other individuals. You warrant that you have all the required authorizations, consents, and approvals from these individuals to allow us to access and process such information. Device Information: We may also collect Personal Information from your or your End Users’ devices. Such information includes IP address and other information which relates to user activity through the Services. We may also use tracking technologies (e.g. local storage, etc.) as part of our Services in order to identify recipients who receive emails from the relevant End Users. Voluntary information: We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, when you respond to communications from us, communicate with us via email or share additional information about yourself through your use of the Services. We may also collect your feedback, suggestions, complaints, and reports sent to us. To the extent that the Company processes Personal Information, such processing is based on the consent of the data subject or where such processing is necessary for the performance of a contractor for the fulfillment of a legitimate interest pursued by the Company.

General

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information and we may share it with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the different uses listed above, we may transfer or disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and subcontractors. In addition, Personal Information may be disclosed to other trusted third-party service providers or partners for: (i) storing or processing Personal Information on our behalf (ii) assisting us with our business operations, providing our Services and improving it; and (iii) performing research, technical diagnostics and analytics with regard to the Services. Statistical Information

By analyzing all information we receive, including all information concerning users, we may compile statistical information across a variety of sources and users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends, business and customer-needs so that products and services can be improved. Statistical Information is anonymous and aggregated and we will not link Statistical Information to any Personal Information. We may share such Statistical Information with our partners, without restriction, on commercial terms that we can determine in our sole discretion. We may provide non-Personal Information that we receive to an Analytics Platform (as more fully detailed below) in order to receive an analysis of the use of our Site and Services.

Analytics

We, or our service providers or subcontractors, may use analytics tools ("Tools"), such as a privacy-friendly analytics platform, to collect information about the use of the Site and/or Services. Such Tools collect information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. The Tools may collect certain Personal Information, and may link such Personal Information to specific information stored in our customer database. We use the information we get from the Tools to improve our Site and Services.

Google Recaptcha

reCAPTCHA is used by this Site or Service as a security feature to prevent malicious activity, especially by bots; and is subject to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Disclosure of Information

We may share your information, including Personal Information, as follows: Business Partners, Service Providers, Affiliates, and Subcontractors We may disclose information, including Personal Information we collect from and/or about you, including your purchase and order history, to our trusted service providers, business partners, affiliates, subcontractors, and to Liviku and its affiliates, who may use such information to: (1) help us provide you with services; (2) aid in their understanding of how users are using our Site and Services; (3) provide to you targeted offers and advertising on both our Site, as well as other sites you choose to visit. We may use subcontractors and service providers who are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive (including Personal Information). All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.

Business Transfers

We may transfer our databases containing your Personal Information if we sell our business or part of it.

Likewise, if you have any questions or requests regarding the handling of your User Data, please direct all inquiries to the applicable Client, which has the control over your information and the ways by which such information is collected and processed.

Communications

We may send you e-mail or other messages and/or a newsletter about us or our products and Services. By accepting this Privacy Policy or using the Site and/or Services, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages. You may remove your Personal Information from our mailing list and stop receiving future communication from us by following the UNSUBSCRIBE link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at support@liviku.com. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such e-mail or message we send, as well as through your account settings on the Site.
